Infineon, Motorola to develop multimode 3G RFIC Infineon Technologies AG and Motorola have signed an agreement for the development of a new multimode, single-chip 3G RF transceiver based on Infineon’s SMARTi UE chip. Terms of the development agreement were not disclosed.
